For nearly the past decade, working as a Home Inspector Kevin has served hundreds of customers across New York State’s greater capital region, by protecting homeowners and their largest assets… the family home. Coupled with his hustle-drive work ethic and entrepreneurial acumen, the once boutique-style Maxwell Home Inspection Services has grown into a thriving team, with three knowledgeable inspectors that can also provide chimney and mold remediation services. 

 

The brand began with a desire to serve customers with integrity, honesty and excellence. Kevin believes a company is built upon the values that it holds and that it is through this lens that he can help his customers reach their goals, as a team. 

 

Kevin’s desire to be in the home inspection industry began in 2015 when he worked as a Code Enforcement Inspector for the City of Albany. It was during this time that he learned building compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring the safety of both residential and commercial structures. 

 

When not acting in his role as Chief Executive Officer of Maxwell Home Inspection Services, Kevin is true to his values of helping others and serving the community, since he founded Maxwell Home Inspection Services, a portion of his company’s proceeds go directly to helping others through the Wounded Warrior Project, Habitat for Humanity as well as the Ronald McDonald House.
